What did you gain from Lion's Pride?
Lion's Pride connected me with various companies that provided me with advice regarding my vending machine business. This assistance has been extremely beneficial for me, as being young and self-taught in the business world can be quite challenging. Receiving feedback from professionals, who have reassured me that I am on the right track and have provided me with valuable tips for my next location, has been one of the highlights of working with the team.
How has being involved with Lion’s Pride changed you or the way you think?
Being involved in Lion’s Pride changed my perspective on post-graduation. Coming into the internship, I had a mindset of not wanting to work for anyone after graduating and just starting my business, but after working and learning from Ms.Glistrap and her team, I would not mind working for someone while building my non-profit at the same time. I have also decided to get my master's degree in entrepreneurship.
